Okay, here's the word...
Between 6-15-08 and 7-05-08,
Mr. Cook fulfilled several successful,
easily repeatable experiments of extracting
Zero Point Energy from an X-Wave
in a precise and controlled fashion, sent
through air at various distances between
1 and 10 CM. The exact amount of power
received had a Real COP of ~1.496.
This matched equations precisely in accordance
with the
NET, which would be with a COP
of 1.5, rounded to two decimals, exactly
supportive of a true Zero Point Energy
Extraction.

Now, surely you know what
ZPE is, right?
Oh you do, do ya?
So why then does one find a different
description of this phenomena at every
website he or she visits on the subject?
Let's just revisit some of the possible
attributes one might come across doing
a simple Web search on the matter...
* Free Energy
* Background radiation left
over from the Big Bang
* Over Unity (OU: a COP
> 1)
* Energy from the lowest
Quantum State; n = 0 or 1 or some other
Quantum Number altogether
* The lowest energy needed
to maintain any Quantum Mechanical System
* Energy from Space-Time
* Space-Time Resonance
* Perpetual Motion
* Pseudoscience
* Quantum Entanglement
* Conspiracy
Well, did your concept of
ZPE fall into one of those categories
in one way or another? No? Then you really
are special, aren't you?
Mr. Cook's notion of the
subject is quite basic, but covers almost
all of the areas above...except perhaps
the pseudoscience attribute (no one in
the [real] scientific realm doubts its
importance or validity). And what's with
the conspiracy part of it? Why, this matter
has been handled quite effectively by
Jane's Defense Weekly's journalist
Nick Cook (no known relation with
Jeff Cook). He investigated the matter
for years and found that many do indeed
know much in this area of research and
are not letting the rest of the world
in on the matter. Whether or not this
non-disclosure is organized across the
board is unclear. Point is, some do
know more than others and most are not
sharing anything about it!
But why keep such a profound
technological potential secret?
Well...
Mr. Cook often asked himself
this as well and could never figure it
out--that is, until the day he realized
that he was beginning to repeat the same
mistake! He was part of the cover-up!
Bastard! He too provided false leads,
red herrings and the like to all he spoke
with. He wouldn't even share it with his
own wife, and he wasn't even completely
aware he was doing this.
The one positive side to
that is such: 1) now he can explain
not only why someone might do this with
such information, but also 2) what
that information is.
